Grasshopper Soccer is proud to bring developmentally appropriate soccer to Brookings. Our sessions are 45 minutes long for our 3 and 4 year old players and 60 minutes long for our 5 and 6 year old players.

At Grasshopper Soccer we introduce young players to small sided soccer. We set time aside each session to play the actual game of soccer to goal for 5 and 6 year old players. We find teachable moments during the scrimmage to build on and practice these skills.

No! Parents can sit back and enjoy watching their players learn social, emotional, and basic soccer skills.
We do incorporate parent/player games into each session so be ready to jump in and play along.

Every player will need to bring a soccer ball and water bottle.
5/6 year olds need to have shin guards to play small sided games. Soccer cleats are recommended but not required.
